Bro-ga Starter Course
Our 5-week courses are progressive, building from basic standing poses to more challenging movements. All abilities are welcomed and our skilled teachers can work with any injuries and niggles that guys generally have - so everyone gets the most from the classes! By the end of the course, you will have a good understanding of basic yoga poses and terminology, and be able to follow a flow sequence that incorporates all elements. .
