Yoga is a proven way to reduce stress and anxiety largely due to the breath work that’s practiced during a class and this is a skill that can be carried off the mat too.
All abilities are welcomed and our skilled teachers can work with any injuries and niggles that guys generally have - so everyone gets the most from the classes!
By the end of the trial, participants will have a good understanding of basic yoga poses and terminology, and be able to follow a flow sequence that incorporates all elements.
