Yoga is a proven way to reduce stress and anxiety largely due to the breath work that’s practiced during a class and this is a skill that can be carried off the mat too.

Our 5-week courses are progressive, building from basic standing poses to more challenging movements.

 

All abilities are welcomed and our skilled teachers can work with any injuries and niggles that guys generally have - so everyone gets the most from the classes!

By the end of the course, participants will have a good understanding of basic yoga poses and terminology, and be able to follow a flow sequence that incorporates all elements.
