If you’ve never tried Bro-ga before, we strongly recommend starting with one of our 5-week trial courses.
In our experience, five weeks is the perfect amount of time to get comfortable with the class and start noticing improvements in your mobility, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
It’s the best way to experience Bro-ga and see if it’s right for you.
Already Completed a Trial?
If you’ve finished a Bro-ga course — or you’d simply prefer to jump straight in as a regular class goer — we offer several membership and class pass options below.

We use a simple booking system called Gymcatch to manage all Bro-ga classes.
